Hannah Wong
is a chef & newsletter writer / curator, and culinary liaison for The Level Up Project
Hannah has worked in restaurants, private events, & catering in New York City since graduating culinary school in 2012. In March of 2019, she & her business partner Yen Ngo opened Van Đa (vanda.nyc), a modern Vietnamese restaurant in the East Village. Hannah is currently chef/owner of HAEMA (haemabk.com), a Brooklyn-based, community-driven restaurant that is slated to open in the fall of 2021. She is also involved in local food relief efforts with organizations such as Heart of Dinner, 1:1 Foods, and Food Issues Group (FIG).
