& in conversation Wednesday, April 14th at 8 ET via IG Live with Noz Nozawa, owner & principal interior designer of Noz Design

Zai Divecha is a fine artist in San Francisco who makes geometric paper sculptures and installations. By folding, pleating, cutting, or rolling sheets of white paper, she creates intricate patterns of light and shadow. Her work aims to provide a quiet, calm respite from an overstimulating world. She has done large installations for Twitter, Instagram, and Square’s headquarters. Zai is a Bay Area native and a Yale graduate, and she spends as much time as she can on her road bike.

“I was able to take a risk and create a career for myself in the arts because of an immense amount of privilege. But it shouldn't have to be like that. I'm excited to be a part of a movement to make craft and design accessible to more people.”
